We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. However, if you are not present for your delivery slot, it has an impact on our resources and costs, which in turn means that we are unable to serve you and your fellow customers to the best of our ability.
If you are not at home for your delivery, ZongoMart reserves the right charge you a fee of Ghc15+ in addition to the cost of fresh and frozen items in your order that cannot be restocked. ZogoMart reserves the right to deny future service to customers who are repeatedly absent for their deliveries.
Our website is extremely secure and uses the latest technology to encrypt your information. It is the same technology used by major global companies so you can be sure that all of your personal information is safe.
There may be times when a mistake has been made and items from your order are missing or the incorrect items are delivered to you. If possible, you should go through your delivery with the representative to confirm the correct items have been delivered. If something is missing or incorrect you can contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Whilst we strive to make sure that your goods reach you in perfect condition, we cannot rule out entirely the possibility of delivering a defective product. Should you need to return a product, please contact us and our Customer Experience consultants who’d then take you through the steps required in acquiring the desired product
